Your telegram of 28th July. University.

Mr. Tang Chi Ngong Chinese Resident of Hongkong promised

confidentially in May last for announcement later donation

of 60,000 dollars additional to 200,000 dollars mentioned

in my telegram of 25th July for building for Chinese

school. Money was paid and gift announced on 26th July.

Pending construction of the building University will

make temporary arrangements for housing school.
